• Spinal stenosis – a condition caused by a narrowing of the bones in the spine when there is not enough room in the spinal canal for the spinal nerves

• Herniated (ruptured) discs – when the outer layer of cartilage along the spine tears and allows the pads between the vertebrae to protrude out of the outer tissue
• Diabetic neuropathy – a type of nerve damage that causes nerves to overproduce and send too many pain signals to the brain, resulting in pain in the feet and legs
• Brain tumors – a mass or growth of abnormal cells within the brain that can be either cancerous or benign
